Make sure that any meat you eat is lean as this contains protein that can help your body to repair damaged muscles or strain and include carbohydrates in foods such as brown rice and bread that have not been processed.
Make sure you have a workable routine and that you stick to it. If you do eat something you probably should not, do not dismay and end your plan just start again the next day.
